It was cloud and shower and 3 degrees.The new Team Diabetes Spring Thaw at Cody Banks Arena in Sherwood. The 5Km loop course on Maple Ave, Mt Edward Road, Lilac Ave and Hillside Drive.
Mark McCosham won the race.
I finished in 45:19 and came in 5th.
Rose Murphy-Cheverie have a PB at 10km.
Have fun at Reykjavik Marathon in Iceland in August with Team Diabetes Shelley!
Next week I run at Sporting Intentions Spring Run Off.
Result: 5th place
