It was -4 degrees and cloudy. The small group because it was Valentine Day. We did 10km loop on route #1 doing fartlek a 2 minutes easy and 2 minutes fast (threshold) pace. My watch has a stop watch. I give Valentine Day cards and chocolate to two special ladies.Running Route #1
