Mount Edward Grocery Run - A Personal Best 5 Mile

"Double loop course through Sherwood"

It was cloudy and breezy and humid and 21 degrees.
2.5 miles loop course in Sherwood and new race start at Village Green Driving Range just up from Mt. Edward grocery store.
Finish in 34:32 my best time in 5 miles by 1 minute and 3 seconds from Clark 5 Mile. Came in 13th out of 74 runners.
I won a door prize for my sister's birthday present on Thursday.

Just calm before storm. At 5:00pm the lightning knock the power out for 18 hours. Lightning hit a bale of hay in our field and it caught fire.

jypsy, don't tell me that's a lightening strike! That's crop circle! Evidence that a spaceship landed there during the storm! Don't they teach you these things in Canada?? :-)
