It was cloudy and 15 degrees.The Cox and Palmer Run at Cox and Palmer Law Office. The out and back course on Old Charlottetown, Victoria Park and Brighton.
Kris Taylor won the 10km race and Natalie Dallaire for the top female.
I finished in 38:17, beat my 10km PB, 24 seconds faster than May's Rural Raider Run and came in 7th out of 79 runners.
Carson Campbell won the 5km race and Madeleine Crowell for the top female.
Tomorrow I train at Brookvale Provincal Park for ultra trail marathon.
