It was sunny and 14 degrees.The ADL Golden Mile on North River Road to Queen Charlotte Jr. High.
Steven Baglole edges Kris Taylor and won the race and Katherine Drake for the top female.
I finished in 5:39 and came in 9th out of 46 runners.
Tomorrow I run 36km easy on trail in the morning and Terry Fox Run in the afternoon.
