It was cloudy and 14 degrees.The 25th ADL Golden Mile at North River Road.
Kara Grant ahead of me in 3rd position.
I finishes in 4th overall out of 52 runners.
Stephen Bagole won the race in under 5 minutes of 4:59 and Kara Grant for the top female.
I got a 3rd place male ribbon.
Tomorrow I run 10km for Terry Fox Run at Victoria Park.
