1st Place! Scotiabank AIDS Walk/Run for Life 2011

It was sunny and 23 degrees.

The Scotiabank AIDS Walk/Run for Life at Joe Ghiz Memorial Park. The out and back course on Confederation Trail.

I won the 9ishK Run in 35:48, and 1:51 faster than Scotiabank AIDS Walk and Run for Life 2010 time.

PEI Parks Trail Run


It was sunny and 16 degrees. The PEI Parks Trail Run at Milton.

The out and back course on Confederation Trail.

David Gallant won the race and Rebecca Pike for the top female.

I finished in 43:20 and came in 12th out of 92 runners.

Next Saturday I run at Deltaware 5km in Charlottetown.

PEI Parks Trail Run 2009

It was cloudy and 10 degrees and windy.

The trail run on 5km out and back.

The long sleeve shirt kept me warm.

Scott Clark won the race and Jen Nicholson for the top female.

Scott biked 61km to the race.

I finished in 44:52 and came in 20th out of 82 runners. I won a Big Break hat and gave it to my uncle from Calgary. He liked it a lot.

Run For It!


It was sunny and 5 degrees with the north wind.

The course on the trail from Charlottetown to Winsloe.

It was a fun run with no timekeeper.

I ran with Mark.

The trail it was good shape and snow in some places.

We ran about 10 miles in about 1hr and 20min .

We made a mistake because of the arrow was too small.

Another Personal Best - The Provincial Forest Fall Frolic

"
Over the Scenic Heritage Road in New Harmony, along a section of the Confederation Trail, and then back along the Scenic Heritage Road to the demonstration woodlot and the sprint to the finish."

It was sunny and 14 degrees.

The 12.3km loop course on woodlot and dirt road and Confederation Trail.

He finish in 54:16 and PB by 14 seconds over 2004 time and came in 7th out of 51 runners.

Marcos Lores won the race and Deanne B
urnett for top female.

There were also a 4.6km race with 89 runners. Logan's dad Michael White won and
Emily Townshend for top female.

It was a really good BBQ afterward with Kim Bailey's really yummy treats.
Every runner got a First-Aid Kit and oak trees.

The next race is PEI Marathon Weekend. I running a half marathon.

Thank you to all people who are voting for me in the CBC Contest, the contest ends Friday.

Run, Run, Run - I joined Stan's Run UPEI Summer Clinic

I joined Stan's Run UPEI Summer Clinic the half marathon/marathon one. We run every Tuesday and every second Thursday and we ran this morning.

The pictures are from Thursday night running out and back on the trail.

The Summer Clinic run up until PEI Marathon in October.

PEI Parks Trail Run

Saturday, June 16
"Flat and easy on the Confederation Trail"

PEI Parks Trail Run at Milton. It was foggy and sunny morning.

Out and back course on Confederation Trail. Waterstop at 3km with 6km runners turnaround.

Finish in 48:16 at 22nd out of 49 runners.

Randy MacNeill for top male and Shelly Simmons-MacLeod for top female, she run first 1okm in 2 years.

Leo was timekeeping because he running at the Johnny Miles on Sunday.
