It was sunny and -2 degrees and wind chill of -7 degrees.It was the first race I have runs 6 times.
Billy MacDonald won the 10km and Nancy Morris for the top female. Mark McCosham won the 5km and jogging at 2nd half of race with me and Rebecca Pike for the top female.
I finishes in 46:34 and came in 11th out of 37 runners.
I stretching the calf muscle for pre race. It was still hurt but getting better.
