The Recycle Run 2013

Beautiful morning for a run along the Confederation Trail in Montague



 Saturday, May 11th

It was cloud and 10 degrees. 

The Recycle Run at Old Montague Station. The course on Confederation Trail. 

Leo McCosham won the 10km race and Robyn MacDonald for the top female. I finished in 41:34 and came in 3rd out of 20 runners. 

Sander Vandevelde won the 5km race and Ashley Craswell for the top female.

 Official Result: 3rd out of 20

My 10th Running of The Proude's Shoes 5K


Saturday, May 5th

It was sun and cloud and 6 degrees. 

 The Proude's Shoes 5km at Proude's Shoes. The course on Ellis Rd, Maple Ave and Ash Drive. 

 Curtis Wheeler won the race and Gabrielle Cyr for the top female. I finished in 19:24 and came in 12th out of 91.

Official Result: 12th out of  91

Sporting Intentions Spring Run Off 2013


Saturday, April 27th

It was cloud and 2 degrees. 

 The Sporting Intentions Spring Run Off at Sporting Intentions. The course on North River Rd, Edinburgh Dr. Brighton and Victoria Park. 

 Billy MacDonald won the 10km race and Melody Thomson for the top female. I finished in 43:52 and came in 14th out of 49 runners. 

 Ryan Merrett won the 5km race and Natalie Dallaire for the top female.

Official Result: 14th out of 49
10K in 43 minutes, 52 seconds
